The Oklahoma Department of Commerce (ODOC) recently announced the FY19 Community Development Block Grant Awards for the Phase I, Phase II, Water and Wastewater Construction and the Community Revitalization set asides. The Oklahoma Department of Commerce (ODOC) received 83 CDBG applications requesting over $45,000,000.00 for infrastructure improvements. With only $17,000,000.00 to award, the Oklahoma Department of Commerce awarded a total of 30 CDBG grants.
Congratulations to the following Cardinal Engineering LLC clients on FY19 CDBG awards:
-Town of Goltry – $179,900.00
-Town of Helena – $150,000.00

-Town of Valley Brook – $139,975.00
Sanitary Sewer Line Replacement and Manholes
-Town of Barnsdall - $424,882.00
Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements
-Town of Canton - $136,363.00
Water System Improvements
Projects will begin construction once environmental reviews are completed and the completion of construction is estimated to be within the next twelve months. Other Cardinal Engineering, LLC communities that received FY18 CDBG funding last year such as the City of Kaw City, Town of Ringwood, Town of Morrison are near completion on their projects. These projects ranged from water system, waste water system and street improvements.
