Cardinal provided engineering and surveying design services
for the widening and reconstruction of NW 150th, from May
Avenue to Pennsylvania Avenue. Design work included
relocation of several hundred feet of 16-inch and 12-inch
diameter water line, with the entire system remaining in
service. The project required the redesign of the May Avenue
intersection layout to improve traffic flow, safety and
existing lighting. The design included a major box culvert
through the intersection as well as a major 4-cell box on
150th Street.
