Background

Mr. Swain is a registered professional engineer and land surveyor with over 20 years experience on a wide variety of civil engineering projects. His project experience includes utility system design, stormwater/drainage design, water/wastewater treatment system design, roadway design, sub-division layout and platting, permitting and master planning. Bill has demonstrated his design skill through design solutions that can be implemented in a cost effective manner. Bill works closely with clients and contractors to produce construction documents that are precise and cost effective. Bill is the director of the civil engineering department.
