Background

Patrick specializes in the multitude of rules and regulations overseeing the solid waste handling and disposal industry. Patrick has been involved in the solid waste industry since 1995. During this time he has assisted with the completion of numerous Tier I, Tier II and Tier III permit modifications; permitting and permit modifications of solid waste landfills; landfill expansions; out-of-state waste disposal plans; waste exclusion, spill prevention, permitting of Clean Water Act (CWA) discharges; evaluating existing landfill’s compliance in relation to Subtitle D; and preparing permits for solid waste transfer, biomedical waste, and tire processing facilities.
