Background
Neil has served as designer and/or project
manager for various public works and private development projects
during his tenure as a consulting engineer. He is the engineer of
record for the $150 million American Indian Cultural Center in
Oklahoma City. His public works experience ranges from site
development through roadway design to water and wastewater treatment
facilities. Neil has completed the design of sanitary sewer lift
station improvements to connect the Town of Hall Park to the City of
Norman collection system. He also supervised final design of
approximately 20,000 feet of sanitary sewer rehabilitation for older
wastewater lines in the City of Norman. Neil’s experience includes
sanitary sewer inflow and infiltration studies covering
approximately 20 square miles in Oklahoma City. Neil also managed
the 640-square-mile baseline water quality study for the City of
Oklahoma City National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System.
