Background

Jeff has been employed by Cardinal since 1994. During this time he has assisted with the completion of numerous Phase I, II and III environmental site assessments; specializing in field collection of soil and groundwater samples; property condition assessment reports; site reconnaissance and inspection of commercial and industrial properties for contaminants recognized by the Comprehensive Emergency Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA); oversight of flexible membrane liners (FML) for landfill cell construction. He has over fifteen years experience in environmental projects.
