Background

Mr. Cotton is an excellent project manager with outstanding skills as a Professional Engineer. Jason has utilized his early career as civil draftsman/designer to master AutoCAD and Land Development Desktop. Upon obtaining his environmental engineering degree, Jason participated in the design of numerous environmental engineering projects as the lead designer. Jason has prepared numerous roadway, sanitary sewer, water, and grading/paving plans and has an excellent understanding of both public and private project management. Jason is currently attending the University of Oklahoma in pursuit of a Masters in Business Administration.
