Background
Dave has been employed by Cardinal since 2001. During this time
he has worked with groundwater, waste/industrial water and storm
water. His work has included permitting, writing and maintaining
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, and Spill Prevention Control
and Countermeasure Plans; sampling and monitored USTs and ASTs for
regulatory compliance and aid in closure; and Assisted with Air
Emissions Inventories, Tier II and Form R reports. He has also
assisted in several Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments.
He has over eight years experience in environmental projects,
construction management, PCA’s and mold inspections.
