Background

Beau possesses over 6 years of practical field and computer surveying services. His experience in the field includes participating as a member of both field crews and the CAD Department, quality assurance responsibilities, and surveying computer software proficiency. He is well versed in different types of surveys, including ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, boundary surveys, engineering design surveys, pipeline surveys and subdivision and construction staking..

Key Projects
Responsible for project management and/or document production on the following projects:

• Document preparation for 70+ miles of gas and crude pipeline in Northeast and Northwest Oklahoma and Southern Kansas; alignment sheets (with and without profiles); highway, turnpike, railroad, county road and creek crossing profiles; construction staking preparation; section corner research
• Prepared legal descriptions for pipeline easements
• Managed ALTA/ACSM survey for commercial property in Downtown OKC
• Managed boundary survey for property in East OKC, field to finish
• Member of team tasked with digitizing the City of Edmond's easements of record (platted and individual)
• Created GIS Index Sheets to increase field crew productivity for sanitary sewer rehab and pipeline surveys
