Deanne D. Hughes, P.E.
Environmental Engineer
Deanne D. Hughes, P.E.

Background

Deanne has successfully managed comprehensive environmental permitting activities for over $400 million of industrial construction and operation. Deanne’s knowledge of the local, state and federal regulatory climate has afforded her clients the comfort of improved facility operation and eliminated concerns of regulatory violations and negative public opinion. Deanne has proven her ability to negotiate on the clients’ behalf for cost effective facility design solutions and environmental compliance within a tightening environmental arena.  Deanne manages air quality projects company wide as well as Tulsa operations.  Her diverse background and extensive experience in environmental permitting provide clients with important guidance in ever tightening regulatory frameworks.

Deanne recently provided expert review and testimony for an air quality related legal case filed in federal court. Although the case was settled prior to trial, Mrs. Hughes’ opinions and testimony were deemed by the court to withstand a Daubert challenge from the plaintiffs.
