CARDINAL CSR
At Cardinal Engineering we
strive to always follow our company’s “core values,” quality and
ethics. Our philosophy, “committed to the community, our
employees, and the future” is a key part of our corporate ethos.
To follow through on that commitment, we have implemented a new
program designated as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as
one of our goals for 2007.

CSR is how companies manage the business processes to produce
an overall positive impact on their community in which they live
and work. In 2006, Cardinal allocated over $18,000 to various
community organizations, philanthropies and sponsorships. We
will continue to support the community in that way, but we are
stepping our commitment up to another level. We believe by
supporting the organizations that our employees are actively
involved in, will give our company the opportunity to develop
additional social contribution activities in our community. |
PROMOTING SOCIAL CONTRIBUTION
To ensure that our efforts are being well represented, Cardinal
has appointed three representatives from each department,
(Environmental, Civil, and Surveying) as CSR coordinators.
Together with Liz McNeill as CSR chairman, they will work
together with individual employees and the community to actively
promote social contribution through the allocation of over
$10,000 in funds for 2007.
Here is how it works:
- Download the CSR
Requst form.
- Submit completed form
with request to:
Ms. Liz McNeill
- Committee will meet on the last
Friday of the month to approve requests.
Our only requirement is
that an employee is actively involved in the organization that
the money is being requested for.
