OPPORTUNITIES
Cardinal Engineering believes that our community is where we live,
work, raise our families and enjoy our surroundings. We believe in
making our community better, not just by the job we do, but by the
organizations we support and the time we spend actively involved in
these organizations.

HEALTH INCENTIVE
Cardinal believes in the health of its employees and offers
each employee the opportunity to participate in the Cardinal
Health Incentive. Each employee is given the opportunity to set
personal quarterly goals and upon achieving each quarterly goal
is awarded a $300 check. Since the inception of this program in
1997, Cardinal has awarded over $87,300 in checks for a total of
291 personal goals achieved. We are off to a good start in 2007,
with 23 personal goals achieved and $6,900 awarded.
Cardinal Engineering was named as one of Oklahoma’s Certified
Healthy Businesses by:
- Oklahoma Academy for State Goals
- Oklahoma Turning Point Council

- Oklahoma State Department of Health.
TEAM CARDINAL
““Team Cardinal” was formed in 2006. Various 5K runs are
scheduled through out the year. 2007 has brought Team Cardinal
running the YMCA Chili Day Run in January, followed by “Running
for Bella” in March and most recently in the Red Bud Classic in
April. We are getting warmed up for Chickasha Lobster Run in
